What does the TrailBit™ warranty cover?

The TrailBit™ manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use and intended operating conditions within the applicable warranty period. If a product develops a fault as a result of a manufacturing defect, Outdoor Nation Pty Ltd will assess the product and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another remedy in accordance with the warranty terms and applicable consumer law.

The warranty applies only to genuine TrailBit™ products purchased directly from Outdoor Nation Pty Ltd or through an authorised retailer or dealer. To make a warranty claim, you'll need to provide valid proof of purchase showing where and when the product was purchased. Products returned under warranty may be inspected and tested to verify the reported defect before a warranty claim is accepted.
