What isn't covered by the TrailBit™ warranty?

The TrailBit™ manufacturer's warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects rather than damage resulting from the way a product has been used. Like most manufacturers, TrailBit™ cannot provide warranty coverage for accidental damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorised modifications, improper storage or use outside the product's intended purpose or published operating specifications. Cosmetic wear resulting from normal use is also not considered a manufacturing defect.

For the TrailBit™ 64GB microSDXC™ Memory Card, the warranty does not cover physical damage such as bent or cracked cards, broken components or damaged electrical contacts. The TrailBit™ Protective Hard Case must also be correctly closed, properly sealed and free from damage for its IP67 protection rating to apply.
