Does the TrailBit™ warranty cover my data?

No. The TrailBit™ manufacturer's warranty applies only to the physical product and does not extend to any data stored on your microSD™ card. While TrailBit™ is engineered for dependable recording performance, no storage device can guarantee against the loss or corruption of digital files, making regular backups an important part of protecting your data.

We strongly recommend maintaining copies of all important photos, videos and other files on a separate storage device or cloud backup service. Before returning any TrailBit™ product for warranty assessment or replacement, you should back up your data wherever possible, as Outdoor Nation Pty Ltd cannot recover, replace or accept responsibility for lost or corrupted files.
