Yes. Genuine TrailBit™ products purchased from authorised retailers and dealers are covered by the same manufacturer's warranty as products purchased directly from Outdoor Nation Pty Ltd. We work closely with our retail partners to ensure customers receive consistent warranty support regardless of where they purchased their TrailBit™ system.

If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing defect, we recommend contacting the retailer where you purchased it first. They can assist with the initial assessment of your claim and, where necessary, coordinate directly with Outdoor Nation Pty Ltd to help resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
