What are my rights under Australian Consumer Law?

The TrailBit™ manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer laws. For customers in Australia, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, customers in New Zealand are also protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in the TrailBit™ manufacturer's warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If your TrailBit™ product experiences a major failure, or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees required by law, you may be entitled to remedies that extend beyond the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty is intended to provide additional support and confidence, while your statutory consumer rights continue to apply independently.
